How to Read Your Casino Affiliate Reports

Updated 17 October 2026

The Reports screen in your YourAffiliates24 account answers one question: which of your efforts turn into players, and what those players are worth to you. The columns are not complicated, but each one says something slightly different, and a few of them are easy to misread. This guide goes through them in the order you meet them and then shows how to turn the numbers into decisions.

Setting up the view

At the top of Reports you choose a date range with the From and To fields, and a website. "All websites" adds up everything on your account; picking one site narrows the table to the traffic carrying that site's tracking ID. Reporting is live, so today's activity appears as it happens. Clicks are counted as unique clicks, which means the same visitor clicking twice does not inflate your numbers.

Two habits make the screen far more useful. First, compare like with like: a seven-day range against the previous seven days, not a week against a month. Second, look at one website at a time when you are trying to understand a change, then go back to "All websites" for the overall picture.

The columns, one by one

Clicks

Visitors who followed one of your tracking links to YourWin24. Clicks tell you whether a placement is being seen and acted on. On their own they say nothing about money, but a sudden drop to zero is the fastest warning that a link has been removed from a page or broken.

Signups

New YourWin24 accounts created by visitors who came through your links. This is the first sign of intent. A page with plenty of clicks and very few signups usually has a mismatch between what the reader expected and what they found when they arrived.

First deposits

Players you referred who made their first deposit. For most partners this is the column that matters most in the early weeks. It is also the event a CPA is based on: if you are on CPA or Hybrid, the CPA is paid per qualifying depositing player under the terms of your deal.

Deposits

The total deposited by your referred players over the period, first deposits and later ones together. Watching this grow month after month, while first deposits stay level, is the clearest sign that your players are sticking around.

Withdrawals

What your referred players cashed out. Withdrawals are normal and healthy: players who win and get paid tend to come back. Do not read a high withdrawal figure in a single period as a problem by itself.

Chargebacks

Deposits reversed by a player's card issuer or payment provider. These are rare on clean traffic. Under the terms, chargebacks and confirmed fraud may be deducted from commission, so a cluster of them from one source deserves a closer look at where that traffic comes from.

NGR

Net gaming revenue: what the casino keeps from your players' activity once their winnings and other costs are taken off. RevShare is calculated on this figure. NGR can be negative in a period when your players win more than they lose. That is part of how RevShare works, and over longer stretches it evens out.

CPA and RevShare

Your earnings, split by type. On a pure RevShare deal you will see the RevShare column move with NGR. On CPA you will see the CPA column grow with qualifying first deposits. On Hybrid both move. New partners start on 25% RevShare, which can rise to up to 50% as your players stay active, and your manager reviews deals by hand.

Why rows split by website and SID

Each row of the table is a combination of campaign, website and SID. Websites come from the Link Creator, where every site, channel or group you add gets its own tracking ID. SIDs are the optional labels you type before clicking "Show code" in Marketing Tools, such as sidebar, sports-preview or telegram-night.

This is why labelling matters. Without SIDs, everything from one website lands in a single row and you can only judge the site as a whole. With them, you can see that the same site's review box brings depositors while its sidebar banner only brings clicks. That is the kind of difference that tells you where to spend your next hour of work.

Keep SIDs short, lower-case and consistent. If you call a placement review-box one month and reviewbox the next, it becomes two rows and your comparison breaks.

Three comparisons worth making

You do not need a spreadsheet full of formulas. Three simple comparisons cover most decisions.

Signups per click

Divide signups by clicks for each row. For example, if one placement shows 200 clicks and 10 signups while another shows 200 clicks and 2 signups, the first one is doing a better job of sending people who were already interested. The numbers here are only an illustration; what matters is the comparison between your own rows.

First deposits per signup

This shows how ready your visitors were to play. If signups are healthy but first deposits are low, check what your page says about the offer. Readers who know that YOUR250 gives a 250% match on the first deposit, entered in the cashier, are more likely to complete it.

Deposits per first deposit, over time

Look at the same group of sources over two or three months. If deposits keep rising while first deposits stay flat, your players are coming back. For a brand like YourWin24, where players tend to log in often for shorter sessions, this is where RevShare partners build their income.

Common misreadings

  • Judging a new page after two days. Players often sign up days after their first click. Give a placement a few weeks before cutting it.
  • Panicking over one negative NGR period. A big win by one player can push a period below zero. Look at the trend over several months.
  • Comparing "All websites" with a single site. Make sure the website filter is the same when you compare two periods.
  • Reading clicks as success. Clicks are a means. A row with fewer clicks and more first deposits is the better row.

A weekly routine

Once a week, set the range to the last seven days and look at "All websites" for the overall direction. Then open your top two websites one at a time and scan the SID rows. Note any row whose clicks dropped sharply, which may mean a broken link, and any row that brought first deposits for the first time. Once a month, widen the range to compare deposits against the previous month. Ten minutes a week is enough to spot problems early and to know which content deserves more effort.

If something in your report does not look right, a missing click you made yourself, or a site that suddenly shows nothing, message your manager with the website, the SID and the dates. The support page in your account notes that the team usually replies within one business day.

FAQ

Are clicks in my report unique?

Yes. Reports use unique-click tracking, so repeat clicks from the same visitor do not inflate the count.

What is a SID?

An optional label you add to a tracking link in Marketing Tools. It appears as its own row in your reports so you can compare placements.

Why is my NGR negative this period?

Your referred players won more than they lost in that period. RevShare is calculated on NGR, and over longer periods it usually evens out.

Can chargebacks reduce my commission?

Yes. Under the terms, chargebacks and confirmed fraud may be deducted.
